Farmer training opportunity

As part of Ground Nest Fest, we are hosting a training session for farmers with wading birds on their farm. This will cover how to make farms more wader-friendly, how to identify these birds and their behaviours and an introduction to nest fencing.

On the 3rd of March 2026 we are hosting a farmer training session titled: Making space for wading birds. It will be from 10am till 3pm and hosted at Eldroth Village Hall and Lawkland Hall Farm.
